Psychotherapy
I use a humanistic and client-centered approach that integrated a range of experiential and
evidence-base approaches tailored to your specific needs, values, and goals.
- EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing): Evidence-based trauma
therapy using bilateral stimulation to reduce distress and support adaptive processing - Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Third Wave Therapies: Focus on cognitive
restructuring, behavioral change, mindfulness, and values-based interventions - Somatic Experiencing: Body-oriented approach targeting nervous system regulation and release of stored trauma
- Expressive Therapies: Use of creative processes to facilitate emotional expression and integration
Anxiety / Depression Therapy
Whether you are facing persistent low mood, excessive worry, stress related to change, or challenges adapting to new circumstances, the focus is on helping you feel more grounded, capable, and connected to your values. An inclusive, nonjudgmental approach is used, recognizing the diverse ways people experience mental health concerns and the different cultural, personal, and contextual factors that shape those experiences.
The goal is to support improved emotional well-being, greater clarity, and practical tools that can be applied in daily life, while also creating space for reflection, healing, and growth.
Trauma / PTSD Therapy
Therapy for trauma and PTSD is a supportive, collaborative process focused on helping you feel safer, more grounded, and in control. We work at your pace, starting with building coping and stabilization skills, and—when you’re ready—gently processing traumatic experiences using evidence-based approaches like EMDR,
This work is respectful of your lived experience and the many ways trauma can be shaped by personal, cultural, and systemic factors. The aim is to support healing in a way that helps you reconnect with yourself, rebuild trust, and move forward with greater ease and resilience.
Attachment Therapy
Attachment-based and relational therapy focuses on how your early relationships and life experiences shape the way you connect with yourself and others today. In a supportive and collaborative space, we explore patterns in relationships, emotions, and beliefs that may be affecting your well-being.
The therapeutic relationship itself is an important part of the work, offering a safe and consistent space to build trust, deepen self-understanding, and practice new ways of relating.
The goal is to support more secure, authentic, and fulfilling connections both within yourself and in your relationships with others.
